Dance Fitness Classes

All of our dance fitness classes are designed for the average woman!  No experience or intro classes needed! Walk in's are welcome provided we have space in class.  It is always best to register and reserve your spot online when possible.  Dance fitness classes are included in our unlimited memberships, and can be used with your class packages. Some classes may require specific types of clothing or shoes.  Please check the class descriptions below!

Flirty Floor

Ok so....this class may be a a little more than flirty but that's why we love it! This class specializes in feminine movement on the floor.  Floor work is typically used during a pole or chair dance or as a routine by itself. We will focus on poses, body positioning, flow and floor work tricks.

Booty Beat (Twerk)

Booty beat is our signature twerk class and one of our most popular classes!  Our booty beat class combines a combination of the newest twerk moves, choreography, and glute exercises to build your booty up!  Come shake what your momma gave ya in this high energy cardio class!

Stretch/Flexibility

Flexibility adds a lot of flare to your pole and aerial tricks.  Our Stretch class will focus on proper technique when stretching for splits and back flexibility!  Yoga mats are provided but if you have sensitive knees you may want to bring knee pads!

Chair Dance

Chair dance is a great class to bring out your inner seductress!  Everyone has a chair at home so this class is perfect for women who want to take something home!  Our chair dance class will focus on moves in, on and around the chair, floor work and combining moves into a routine to the latest sexy songs!

Vixen Workout

Created and founded by Janet Jones, the Vixen Workout’s intense Hip-Hop cardio has taken the dance fitness scene by storm. Inspired by moves performed by your favorite artists and the Miami nightlife, this women’s only Dance Workout delivers easy to learn combinations that provide a full body workout and an experience unlike any other.  So, let your hair down, put on your favorite lipstick and come dance with us!  Please wear sneakers or sneaker wedges and comfortable clothing to this class!

Fusion Belly Dance

Fusion belly dance combines traditional belly dance with elements of hip hop, flamenco, and other dances  styles into routines using modern music.
Please wear comfortable clothing you can move in.(leggings, yoga pants) Sports bras are encouraged! Some Hip belts will be available to borrow but please bring your own if you have one!

We are pleased to announce we will now have liquid motion classes on the schedule!  Two of our instructors, Tracy and Heather have become Liquid Motion Certified.  Liquid Motion is a floor based sensual movement class created by Jeni Janover.
