Beginner Acro

Our Beginner Acro class will focus on forearm stands, Hand stands, back bends and other beginner acro moves.  Each class will consist of a warm up, stretch, strength and balance conditioning and Acro movement.  This is a great addition to your pole and floor work classes! 


* Yoga Mats will be provided at the studio 

* Students should wear comfortable clothing that allows movement and bring socks!  



Acro is listed as one of our Dance Fitness classes.  One class is $10 or use your Dance/Fitness class pass or unlimited membership!
