Studio Policy

Please be on time to any event/class scheduled at our studio.  If you are late to any event/class you risk loosing your spot in that event/class with out being reembursed for event/class.

Please be curtious to others.  We will not tolerate any negative behavoir to any student or instructor.  If you are found making rude comments to anyone you may be asked to leave the property and not return and will loose any monies or classes you have at the studio.  We have the right to refuse service to anyone. 

Students are not teachers. In order to maintain a safe training enviroment we will not tolerate students teaching students.  We do not mind suggestive tips between students however students who insist on giving instruction to other students may be asked to leave.  Our instructors are all trained and can handle teaching themselves.

Studio X and it's employees are not responsible for any lost/stolen items.  Please leave valuables somewhere safe. 

Class Cancelation Policy 

All weekday classes will require a 3 hour early cancellation notice. All weekend (Saturday and Sunday) classes will require a 24 hour class cancellation notice. 
Class package holders who do not cancel before the cancellation window will lose a class credit. Class package holders who are absent from class will lose a class credit. 
All unlimited membership holders who do not cancel before the cancellation window will be charged a $10 cancellation fee for all pole classes or a $5 cancellation fee for all non-pole classes. Cancellation fees MUST be paid before student will be able to return to class. Memberships and class packages will NOT be paused, or refunded for any reason including non-payment of cancellation fees. 1 month and higher members will be granted 2 Free late cancellations during the time of their membership. 
Students who continue to late cancel or no show may be subject to have their online registration privileges revoked. 
All students who are more than 5 minutes late may lose their spot in class to a student waiting who was on time. Late students may still loose a class credit or be charged a noshow fee. 
Classes that do not have a prior registration number greater than 1 student will be subject to cancellation by the studio. 
Please understand that in order to keep our fees low and our classes sizes small we must strictly enforce this policy. When you reserve a spot in class and late cancel or no show you are potentially taking a spot from another student. It is the students responsibility to be aware of all policies.  Policies can't be found on our website and on our mindbody account site. 

Party Cancelation Policy

Parties who cancel will loose their deposit or entire ammount of fee's paid for party before cancelation.  When booking a party we are holding a specific time slot and can not reserve that time spot for anything else.  Party payments will not be refunded for any reason other than the studio canceling.  Party attendess who show up late to their scheduled start time will not be granted additional/extra time under any circumstances.  Please be on time.  

AUTOPAY MEMBERSHIP Terms and Conditions

By enrolling as a Member at Studio X Pole Fitness I agree to allow Studio X Pole Fitness via Mindbody Online to charge my credit/debit card monthly at the payment rate and time specifications under the membership option I have chosen. I agree to keep a valid debit/credit card on file through my Mindbody account and understand that if for any reason a transaction is denied I will not have access to Studio X Pole Fitness and may be held liable for any cancellation fees associated with the account. I understand that if a payment does not go through I will be charged a $30 reinstatement fee in order to continue services at Studio X Pole Fitness. I understand that automatic payments will be charged every month on the same date as the date I agreed to and enrolled in this policy until the duration of my contract is expired after which I will be responsible for renewing my autopay membership in order to continue receiving member benefits at Studio X Pole Fitness.  I agree and understand that a copy of my agreement terms will be kept on file through my mindbody account and a written copy will not be given unless I specifically request one. 

CANCELLATIONS, HOLDS, PAUSES

I understand that Studio X Pole Fitness does NOT allow early cancellations of memberships for any other reason except for a PCS military reassignment. I understand agree that in the event of a PCS military reassignment request for cancellation of membership I will provide Studio X Pole Fitness with a written request for cancellation with a 30 day notice and a copy of PCS orders. I agree that at the time of my enrollment into Studio X Pole Fitness Membership auto pay I have no knowledge of any PCS orders. I understand and agree that all memberships must be active for at least 1 month before I can submit an early cancellation notice. I understand and agree that if I cancel my autopay membership early I will be held liable for the price difference of a lesser membership. (If I purchase a 6 month membership and cancel before 3 months I will be held responsible for paying the difference in value of a 3 month membership. I understand that under no other circumstances will Studio X Pole Fitness grant an early cancellation of membership.
I understand and agree that Studio X Pole Fitness will not offer autopay membership holds or pauses of any kind unless under extreme circumstances in which Studio X Pole Fitness reserves the right to determine whether a hold will be granted. (Pregnancy, Vacation, Illness, work travel are NOT considered extreme circumstances)

Class Cancellation and No Show policy

I agree and understand that in the event I have registered for a class I will not be able to make I will early cancel out of class or be held liable for the cancellation or no show fees per the class cancellation/No show policy set forth by Studio X Pole Fitness. I understand that if these fees are not paid I will not have access to Studio X Pole Fitness until fees are paid in full. I understand that Studio X Pole Fitness reserves the right to cancel classes at any time. I understand that Studio X Pole fitness reserves the right to change/add/ or take classes off of the schedule at any time. I understand and agree that no refunds will be given for any classes Studio X Pole Fitness cancels or removes from the schedule.

Membership Coverage and Perks

I understand and agree that my Autopay Membership at Studio X Pole Fitness covers an unlimited amount of Dance/Fitness classes and Pole Fitness classes at my current level of Studio X Pole Fitness's Pole Fitness program. I understand that I will be allowed to attend extra lower level classes for practice provided space is available. I understand and agree that priority in a class will be given to students in their assigned level of class. I understand and agree that my Autopay membership does NOT currently cover any Beginner Aerial Classes. I understand that and agree that my membership discount will NOT cover any guest workshop unless otherwise specified by Studio X Pole Fitness. I understand and agree that my membership discount does not apply to items purchased for anyone other than myself. I understand and agree that I can not share my unlimited membership with a friend or family member. I understand and agree that at no time will Studio X Pole Fitness allow memberships or perks to be transferred to any other individual.
